Telkom don't care about the inconvenience they causing the client.

The service is ridiculous, the customer care is useless, and don't care about their client. their have no other options to assist clients, I went there three times for a Sim swap for the Sim cards that I am paying for with no assistance, they telling me I have a balance of 2 rand, I payed the 2 rand they see it in their system and still refuse to help me with the Sim swap telling me it was paid in the wrong account, I ask them to open the Sims as I the outstanding is payed they tell me I have to send proof of payment but they have the money..... I went three times to Telkom for a mere Sim card.
