Telkom don't care about small business

Hi Telkom it is a fact you Telkom doesn't care about small business at all. Telkom wants our money but can't render the services it promises. Telkom have an call center that can't assist us your clients. Telkom is not willing to go the extra mile for their clients. So many people depend on their services but they cannot manage it. Telkom don't care about us they just don't care. Miss. Simamkele Ben is one of the senior agent acting team leader, put me on hold for 10mins and hang up. Because I ask to speak to her manager. There is no managers on floor or in the building at Telkom. That's why Telkom had to sell their shares to forgien investors to pay of their debts. There are no team leaders or line managers or call centre managers or operations manager in the building. The place is run by who knows... All I wanted was my internet connection to be fix. All I wanted... Not knowing tllhis is going to happen. I hope Mr. Thato Ramotsi will call me to fix my internet. I'm paying for a service but Telkom is not rendering the services what must I do...
