TELKOM don't care!

I have never known such a terrible shop as the one Telkom shop at Menlyn! The one nearest the Pick and Pay and Chinese shop (in the new center). All the assistants are lined up in a row next to each other, no booths or anything and they scream and shout at each other so loudly that you cannot hear what they are saying if and when they decide to call you to their counter! When you get there, they carry on socialising and it takes forever to do anything at all! I cancelled my Telkom line on the 1 October after having no service for a month and then received an invoice mid October. Apparently, my cancellation process was cancelled in error and so I had to start the whole thing over today! The staff there are awful, they don't care, they are loud and just use the time they have to have fun, talk loudly and make the experience a head hurting, frustrating experience. I did have a huge argument with them when I could no longer take the noise and lack of attention. I have cancelled Telkom now and don't regret it at all. Useless!
