Telkom dont cancell contract

I cancelled my Telkom account online on 10 May 2021 as we were residing to another province. I did get a confirmation sms as well as an email regarding my request. Now, 2 months later my contract is still not cancelled and I keep on getting accounts. Can somebody PLEASE assist as the account is high to pay for something you are not using. Please treat very urgent. I do have all the relevant details, ie cancellation reference numbers. PLEASE HELP
