Telkom Don't take incoming calls.

I have been trying to telephonically contact the telkom direct store in gateway, so I can obtain my proof of purchase. The store never picks up the calls.<br> <br> So I went to the nearest Telkom express store for help, where a employee from the store told me that it normal for all telkom direct stores not to pick up they phones.<br> <br> Apparantly they have too many walk in customers so they cant pay attention to the incoming callls. To me it appears that the struture of the stores is not correct and we as customers are not being respected. Worst of all it does not make business sense.
