Telkom don't process way leaves
Before excavations can proceed on sidewalks all stakeholders have to approve way leaves. Tmelkom takes weeks, sometimes even months to approve these way leaves, resulting in costly delays in finishing developments. Nobody at Telkom is prepared to assist.
