Telkom don't keep by their promises

<p>Still no action from Telkom. I expect them to come out and check the wiring at their box in my yard. My modem shows that WiFi is active but do not get access to Internet. I'm using my cellular data and cannot afford it. According to Noleen the problem is with the Technical Manager. I am very desperate as I am a pensioner and my son needs internet on a daily basis to do research for his assignments</p> <p>Please get them out to investigate the problem and repair it.</p>
