Telkom don't deserve 1 ⭐️

<p>12 months ago we signed a 2 year contract for LTE at home in Somerset West. We checked their coverage map to make sure we wouldn't have issues and they guaranteed us to have LTE. We have never had LT. We have made so many phone calls, we have lost count. We have been paying for a service which they don't even offer, according to their Twitter response to me badgering them for assistance. We have had 3 outsourced technicians in our house each telling us a different story, have had several managers tell us our case has been escalated. All talk, no action. We pay, they gain. Truly shocking company who have supposedly outsourced departments to alleviate problems but actually no one knows what is going on. A monopoly of the worst kind!!! Shame on you Telkom!</p>
