Telkom dololo service

Telkom has the worst service ever. I received a message from telkom if n register for showmax I get 50Gb promotional data so I did and dololo. I logged a call 2 weeks ago and they said I would get feedback within 72 business hours, since then I have logged a number of calls and each and everytime there is a different excuse. If I am not mistaken this constitutes false advertising...
