Telkom doing what they want. Worst service ever.

So i cancelled my telkom account end of January because i moved from KZN to Gauteng and they failed to cancell my old line and install a new line at my new house. So i went to a telkom shop got the paperwork and sent it thru to get my 700 deposit back. This was done end on Januarie 2018. Today its the 4th of June and im still waiting for a solid response from telkom as to when i will receive my deposit back.
