Telkom doing unauthorised debits

Every time you call their call center you wait anything from 15 mins to 1 hour and then they bounce you from one place to another, you eventually get somewhere and all their calls have been "escalated" there must be something really wrong for that to be the case or they are full of BS. It's been two months and I still have not been reimbursed by them, told it would take 7-10 working days, after being told it was resolved and then told it was not resolved.

So sick of their pathetic service and lack of customer service.
