Telkom doesn't work,, ever...

Intermittent LTE/4G/3G/Edge and basic cellphone signal drops at the tower in mooiplaats, boschkop.

I Have reported it several times, nothing has been done. Paying over R1000.00 for a service I hardly get to utilize.

When we are LUCKY here, we get cellphone reception for approximately 2-4 hours per day. Internet signal is normally fine, however, we are limited to a 4mpbs download 1mbps upload rate at the best of days....

I am currently paying over R1000.00 for a 250gb/250gb UNSHAPED LTE/4G connection in my area. Not only are the rates of data completely rediculous, this is also THE ONLY WAY that we can have internet in the area since there are NO PHONE LINES IN THE AREA.(Yet you state that there is ADSL and fiber in my area on your website.......)

I Have contacted support many times, only to be told that "they will investigate the matter",, which hasn't happened for over 15 Years.... I Have escalated the matter to the manager, who promised that technicians would contact me during the following week. - No one ever contacted me.....
