Telkom doesn't want withy money

I cancelled my contract with telkom in May. I had overpaid my account by R645 . Since May I am yet to get my money back from Telkom. I filed a complaint in store and was referred to a call centre and was assure that my query was being addressed. It's been 2 months now and I still don't have my R645.
