Telkom doesn’t want to release my Fiber line

I had a month to month fiber with Telkom, due to the service issues most of the time and I cancelled my contract on the 18th of February 2026, I’ve been trying to move to another service provider for a month and half but they are holding my line I can’t move and I don’t have fiber services anymore. This has been a nightmare to our family.
