Telkom doesnt want to refund my money

So i made a payment to telkom of R1405,00 for my contract phone and 2 days later telkom debited another R1537,00 from my account on the 13th of july. I have been requesting for a refund from the 23rd July and untill today i still havent received anything. They are giving me one hell of a run around. I call everyday and they just say the issue has been sent to accounts department and i can expect a response the following day and nobody responds.

Now i am so tired i dnt even know what to do. Their service is horrible horrible horrible.
