Telkom doesn’t want to give me my money back !!

Good Morning i am so frustrated with Telkom!! I have been waiting for my refund for over a year now. I over paid on an account and gettting that money back has been a nightmare. I send emails and everyday I’m dealing with someone new who refers me to someone else. Please assist in getting attendion.
