Telkom doesn't want to add my correct name

Pretty shoddy experience with Telkom. They mispelt my name so I called in to get it updated but was told I need to go into a store with my ID to prove my correct name so they can make the update.

Pretty ***** that they can sign you up over the phone and spell your name wrong, but when you try give the correct name its a problem. Now I must be inconvenienced by Telkom's mistake.
