Telkom doesn't want business

I app**** for a phone for my mom on the 27 January this year . Struggled with delivery issues for days because Telkom didn't put the Rica address on tried again but the phone was end of life . Then they were supposed to remove it from the system but didn't so I was blocked. Spent 30 min on the phone ordering another one before being told I have reached a multiple orders limit and that phone is out of stock. Needless to say Telkom's service is absolutely appalling and it seems they don't want to get new customers I was going to order a second contract later this year for myself but I'm not sure I should anymore . I'm sure there is another network provider that would be All to happy for the business.
