Telkom doesn't value their customers, its disgusting. No service for 4 months :(

I ordered a iPhone 12 Pro Max in January 2021 online,due to no stock available I cancelled the order. Telkom had debited my account, I have been following up on my refund since February it's April now. They opened a case number but it has not been assigned to anyone. I've never received such Horrible service. I have even setup a reminder on my phone to call them every week. still there is no traction. Telkom is so disgusting.
