Telkom doesn't take its customers serious

I have app**** for a wifi modem last week Monday and Telkom adv that it will take 48hours to approve and 3 days to deliver, however iam still waiting for an approval and delivery and Iam going out of the country in Friday I wont be there for any delivery.
