Telkom doesnt return emails or phone calls and takes peoples money

Good Day,

I was told that I haven’t paid Telkom since last year, however my account has been debited. Ive sent through the bank statements as proof. I have been without a Telkom service since last July 2018 and yet my account has been debited each month. For 8 months I haven’t had wifi or a landline and that totals to an amount of R4 848,00 that I have paid thus far. I have tried calling them, emailing them and sent various messages online and the problem still hasn’t been sorted out, and then I get notification of debt collecting. Please advise on a way forward and please send a email confirmation of this email and that everything has been sorted out. Thank you.
