Telkom doesn't respond to my cancellation call

My contract is expiring in August 2025 I'm supposed to cancel 2 months before...... Since yesterday 30th June I have been on the phone with Telkom . No one is answering . Even now I'm on the phone ...... nobody answering my call They know it's me , because they ask for your number in question . Please help me 😭
