Telkom doesn't pay credit back

I have a credit with Telkom for more than half a year of R 104.75 and am fighting to get my money back since then. The Telkom stores referred me to their service center and somebody promised me about 4 months ago that my credit will be paid into my bank account. Nothing happened but I received a new statement saying that they paid my money two months ago. They did not. Since then I tried all kinds of service numbers and tried to follow up in stores but had no success at all. It is so frustrating to run after my own money. They disconnect within a second when they don’t have the money upfront but I as the consumer don’t get my money back. It is so tiring not to even get any service on top of that.
