TELKOM DOESNT OFFER TECH SUPPORT
I moved my ISP to Telkom - what a nightmare. The call centre never answer their phones. I waited for tech support for 48 minutes 2 days ago and eventually put the phone down. I have just called again and waited 37 minutes before my phone call was taken. This is not support its a disgrace, either employ more people or sort this out - I am considering moving away from them to another ISP - Telkom sort your ^&* out. I don't expect a reply back from Telkom. Useless.
