Telkom does'nt need more clients they have too much to handle!

We have placed an order for a telephone line and ADSL. Never heard from them. 2 weeks later we placed an order again and still no emails no details on their system of us whatsoever. Now another 2 weeks passed and we phone them and still nothing. How many times must a person place an order? Or does telkom have too much clients and they don't need anymore???
