Telkom doesnt move my ADSL line as requested

I am trying to move my home telephone and ADSL line to my new address. Telkom doesnt answer their call center when you phone the call centre. I book the move 3 weeks ago online. Someone from Telkom did call to confirm the move. A week past the move date nothing has happened.
