Telkom doesn't look after its customers,they don't care about us

My contract SIM card is blocked in a way that I don't understand They said I owe them 338, right that money is paid at Kollonade Cheers Hyper, Reference number is '*** But still the SIM card is blocked,I did try to call them, they told me that they have lots of customer's to help on the line and they dropped off the phone Why don't they tell me what to do to unblock this sim ? I will agree with thousands people who says Telkom is not make sure
