Telkom doesn't give service at all

I actually would like to give them 0 stars cause their service is basically non existent. I have a business that is very dependent on the landline, it's PMB Backpackers Lodge. It's being months now since the telkom cables were ****** in the area. After numerous calling and fault logging, we heard about them offering wireless lines. I app**** in the first week of December but they still don't have hand sets. We went back to their store and they gave us a Sim card to put into a mobile divice telling us it would take 48 hours to activate, that was 2 weeks ago and it's still not active, meanwhile our customers think the business is closed.

Also, I moved home end of last year and requested that Telkom move our line, it's basically end of January now and still it hasn't being done. I guess the fact that they basically have no competition so that means they don't have to give good service. I'm so tired of calling Telkom and logging complaints.
