Telkom doesn't give a damn

As part of an upgrade to my ADSL line Telkom, as part of their service they DELETED ALL MY EMAILS AND CONTACTS. This without informing me. My email address is still the same. They simply reset it for me!!!! Phoned 10210 and they tell me there is simply nothing they can do to restore them. What sort of service is this. They obviously don't give a damn about the client. Having said my email is unchanged - I will be changing my provider in the near future!!!
