TELKOM doesn't deliver, Agents are rude at clients

I took out a contract sim with Telkom that I have been paying and its up to date however i am unable to use it because it has been suspended every time I call in I am being told of a contract phone that I cancelled because I received a pink phone and the amount was supposed to be credited its been months now of frustration calling in Telkom and requesting for the issue to be resolved but it seems like no one wants to do their job every time I am faced with *********** agents the latest reference that i received is ***7,quick to take clients money but slow to resolve clients issue we only in a business of making money from client get quick rich scheme but when its time to deliver we do not, id advise anyone to stay away from telkom if they do not have time to waste calling and begging people to do what they supposed to do and getting agents who do not listen to clients want to do as they please because Telkom is a day care center if you guys are brave enough to have this issue resolved here are my numbers *** call me and tell me if I am owing and tell me if i am not owing why why why has my lines been blocked and i constantly have to buy data it seems like i am losing than benefiting from having a contract sim with Telkom
