Telkom doesnt deliver!

After numerous calls about a fault on our landline which has been out of order for more than two weeks now.<br> We are still waiting for someone to respond appropriately and to keep their word about promises made.<br> In fact a technician made a firm appointment for yesterday and quite simply FAILED TO TIURN UP!<br> Useless!!!<br> One is expected to hold on the phone for outrageous amounts of time only to be fed the same generic<br> ******* time after time.<br> Neotel is coming guys! <br> IT'S TIME TO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER
