Telkom doesnt care! Worst provider in the world

Telkom has handed me over for debt collection on AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS NEVER ACTIVE. From 2019 i have been harassed and handed iver for a fiber account THAT WAS NEVER INSTALLED OR ACTIVE!!!!!! The worst customer service, worst online portal and no support to assist me in sorting this out!!!!! If ANYONE could contact me to help that would be great...... *** Your call centre is also no help!!! I would not suggest any telkom product to anyone! I am sharing my story and these frustrations with everyone on all platforms!!!!!!
