telkom doesn't care about their customers

dealing with telkom is the worst thing one can ever experience. they too my money in December which is R2807.99 they don't want to refund me, their rude consultants don't have answers they rather give me wrong information or hang up.

I spoke to alot of consultants from the 20th December 2020 with no joy one of them said his team leader by the name of Tshepo Mo***eng will call me I'm still waiting even now. only one consultant by the name of Katlego Mamasila was kind and managed to see that I was supposed to be refunded and she will send an escalation again I'm still waiting even now.
