Telkom doesn't care about their customers

Absolutely shocking service by Telkom shop Richardsbay. I tried to visit the store on Saturday 22 August. There is an ever growing queue outside the shop. I've been in the line with my elderly mother who suffers back issues. There are currently 16 in the line, been here for going on 1hour and they've let 1person into the shop since we've been here. Now we get a story about lunch time and short staffed. This is bull**** and pathetic customer service!
