Telkom doesn't care about their clients.

Telkom forced us to make use of their new wireless sim card phones. To be honest it's the most useless product and service I have ever come across. This is my business line, and not one of my clients could phone through to my offices. I cant even imagine how many prospective clients I have lost this last week because they forced us to use this useless service. we have asked Telkom to switch the line back to what we had, a normal fixed land line. its now been another 4 days and nothing has changed. As a matter of fact our line is now completely dead. I'm sure Telkom doesn't even care if they are the reason a business has to close their doors.
