Telkom doesnt care about solving ***** cases

its crazy i have a ***** case on my account now you are charging me 1800.000 extra for a phone i dont have !!! i have given you a police affidavit and phoned over 1000 times then get told it can take up to 4 month!!!! 4 month of deducting R1800.00 ARE YOU CRAZY !!!!! ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS AREADY I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!
