Telkom Doesn't Care About Customers

Telkom suspended my lines right after sending an sms stating that my case no. *** was resolved. Which is clearly a lie since my numbers have now been suspended again. There wasn't even an explanation as to how the matter was resolved. Telkom takes customers for fools. There's no such thing as customer is king when it comes to Telkom. They just doesn't care.
