Telkom doesn't care

It's easy to get a contract from telkom, because you never struggle to speak with them when they want your business . I have been trying for months to get in contact with telkom through their various customer care numbers but all I get is a pre recorded voice message telling me about sms self service, without giving an option to speak to an agent. I have heard enough, when I get time I will go to the branch and cancel my contract, I don't care how much is the cancelation fee. I can no longer struggle with a company that Iam paying to receive a service from.
