Telkom doesn't care

Good day

I have 2 contracts with telkom when I opened the 2nd 1 I was told by cell direct that they can't deduct from from my bidvest account so I gave my standard bank account details. Last month the 25th October telkom tried 395 from my bidvest account and there was only enough money for my 1st contract that I have with telkom. Now this month telkom wants me to pay 1000 and some odds because of rejection fee. I can't afford that much money and also if u guys tried to deduct both contracts as 1 why am I charged double deduction fee. I am happy to pay double the installment. But can't afford the 1000 and some odds. I call into telkom they say I cant help me with and arrangement. Which me means telkom doesn't care whether or not I will be able to pay rent buy for or essentials for my 6 month old baby. THERE DEBT ORDER REJECTION FEE IS R400
