Telkom doesn't care

This is my second post, regarding Telkom. When I logged a complain on the 01/12/2020 they said it will be resolved in 7days. Still haven't received any feedback or call from them, while they are still debiting my money every month for nothing. I am the one who's using my airtime and taking my precious time to follow up. That's how important their clients are to them, they don't care. I will never, i mean never, ever recommend or refer anyone to them.
