TELKOM DOESNT CARE

<p>As i said when i posted this that no one at LTE Telkom is interested in helping me<br /> With this . Still ongoing since February ...</p> <p>Dear Telkom LTE WIFI <br /> WOULD YOU LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU !!!!!!...<br /> BUT EVEN SO YOU STILL TAKE MY MONEY .</p> <p>Ref ********** 7<br /> This is my ref from the time that i got telkom lte wifi .5 months now . Was runing at 0.2 megs was supposed to be between 26 and 95 .reported 15 times now and not one person is interested in helping to sought out the problem. I ve even been ti cradlestone telkom and they always give me contact numbers that dont work and email addresses that dont go through as they not right. You take my money but you cant help me .the answer i got today is that the reason they are taking so long "5" months is that they are looking into it . My business is suffering and i have telkom mobile contracts for.a few cell.phones which i am now waiting to see whqt happends in this week .if not iam cancelling them all . Wifi now non existent.<br /> No body cares at all you just a number . But that's fine we eill see what comes from this .</p>
