Telkom doesn't bother resolving disputes

I have been calling telkom since March 2018 trying to cancel a contract. Every time I called in i am promised I will be given feedback but nobody gets back to you. My account has now been handed over but I have never received feed back from the dispute lodged with them months earlier. The amount the debt collectors differs from the amount I am given by telkom.
