TELKOM DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WHEN IT ENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Telkom is a bad service provider. My contract has come to an end and I am aware that I am supposed to phone them and cancel my contract but they make it difficult to do so. I have started contacting them 6 months prior to the end of my contract, and every month thereafter. They keep telling me that I should phone 3 days before, now that it is 3 days before the end of my contract, they don't answer my calls. When they answer, it is usually after 40 minutes of holding, and the consultants keep saying hello as if they don't hear you until you drop the call. Then I tried calling the sales line, and they answered within a minute, and there were no issues. I will never get a contract with Telkom, my child needs a phone, and I wanted to get a contract, but I will go with a different network instead. THIS IS BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
