Telkom doesn't want to retain business

After booking a line move for a specified date and slot, no technicians showed up. Four follow-up calls later, after promises from Telkom that someone will be in touch to book another appointment and that the matter has been escalated, I still have no internet or phone line.<br> <br> Why is it so difficult to book an appointment and show up and failing that, why don't the technicians and the call centre communicate effectively?<br> <br> Telkom doesn't want my business and if I don't hear from them by COB today, I will be moving my business elsewhere. Shocking service!!!!
