Telkom doesn't seem to care about low lying wires

I have 2 Telkom poles in my property. The wire which connects the 2 poles is hanging very low. So low that my 5 year old daughter can touch it!!! (besides this, there is no reason that my property should have 2 poles, especially when I do not have a telokom line in my house) When i reported this to the call centre, they tried to direct my call to the technicians department. after waiting for a good 10 minutes the call just drops.<br> When I explained to the call centre lady when i called again, that the problem is serious she said something like \...that's terrible.... let me transfer your call to the correct department".<br> I have tried many time to call and it is always the same story!!!<br> From other posts on hellopeter.com it would appear that I am waiting for Noleen Klein to have to step in and sort out the problem. I am seriously considering cutting down these poles (as it is dangerous and I am sure any court would agree with me on that) and that would force a technician to have to come and repair it as many houses would be out of a telephone line.
