Telkom doesn't need new customers

I have been trying to phone Telkom's sales dept for a week to try and buy a LTE package, but nobody answers the phone, clearly Telkom has so much money they dont need need new clients. <br> <br> When i call the sales number i wait on hold for up to an hour before i give up and try the next day. <br> Air time is expensive!!!
