Telkom doesn't fix landline problem

It is the 4th time in 2 months that our land line doesn't work. We can't even get through to the call centre.<br> <br> Even if they come out, we only have a line for 2 days, then the same problem. We run a NPO. So work stand still. <br> <br> Please answer the phone and fix our line for good.
