Telkom doesn't care for us
<p style="color: #555555;">FOLLOW UP [second complaint]</p> <p style="color: #555555;">Telkom sent out a technician to install a line finally however the technician came without a ROUTER. Without the package as app****. He told us the router are out of stock and he came thru because he didnt want to miss his appointment (so hed rather do the half work) how rediculous. Ontop of that ... this technician demanded that we call out an electrician as hes not responsible to do all the work solely. To cut the story short... he put up a line still without a router connected to, he didnt perform a functionality test or anything but he told us we will be contacted once the routers are available. Do we really need to suffer this much to get service from you ? Right now im sitting here at home with no connection but a bundle of wires with no Router. Why sent out technicians who arent fami**** with the work or rather have knowledge of how to setup the connection and do a functionality test. And also why was there no router and a full pack of what we will be paying for ? Order number : ********** 92 </p> <p style="color: #555555;">Cell ***</p>
