Telkom doesn't care about existing clients

My parents line is not working for the past 3 month! Went to Telkom numerous times to report it and we were told that they only have technicians who installs new lines! And they only have a small number of technicians that fixes telephone lines! We have been waiting even today. My parents are old and depend on that telephone but telkom only cares about new clients.they have been Telkom loyal customers for more than 20 years but they are subjected to this! I am dissapointed!
