Telkom doesn't cancel line

<p>I've sent countless emails to ********** with all supporting documentation to cancel my line, but Telkom keeps charging me every month. I've phoned multiple times to follow up, nothing is being done. I refuse to pay any amount after I sent cancellation. CANCEL MY SERVICE!!!!! <br />Account No: ********** 81876</p>
